  • Manage worldwide trademark portfolios and oversee foreign and domestic policing efforts.
  • Handle complex trade secret disputes, from district court proceedings to Federal Circuit appeals.
  • Steer the full range of consumer products-related antitrust and competition matters including greenwashing claims.
  • Assist with supply chain management, sourcing components and ingredients, and obtaining OFAC licenses for global operations, to keep global operations running smoothly.
  • Provide general counsel support including employment counseling, contract review, and real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify risks and challenges, implement proactive strategies to reduce exposure, and, when necessary, defend against consumer class actions, commercial litigation and other disputes.
  • Leverage experience in the science behind food and pharma products to ensure compliance and market readiness.
