Sysco priced the offering of $600.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.400% Senior Notes due 2031 and $650.0 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2036 on February 10, 2026. The offering closed on February 13, 2026.

Sysco plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes, including to repay outstanding borrowings under its commercial paper programs.

BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers.
