Rob Cowan represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters. He also advises clients on securities compliance issues, including Exchange Act reporting.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Rob interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance in the Office of Rulemaking. Before attending law school, he worked in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a certified public accountant.
