AUSTIN, September 14, 2026 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, represented CenterPoint Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CNP) in connection with four new five-year senior unsecured revolving credit facilities totaling $4.6 billion in aggregate commitments.

The facilities replace existing revolving credit facilities for CenterPoint Energy and three of its wholly owned subsidiaries. They consist of a $2.2 billion facility for CenterPoint Energy, a $1 billion facility for CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, a $1.1 billion facility for CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. and a $300 million facility for Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC served as global coordinators for the facilities. They also served as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners with BofA Securities, Inc., Citibank, N.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd., RBC Capital Markets and Barclays Bank PLC. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent for each facility.
