HOUSTON, November 5, 2025 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, advised Westlake Corporation (NYSE: WLK) with its $1.2 billion senior notes offering and concurrent cash tender offer for any and all of its outstanding 3.600% senior notes due 2026.

Westlake priced $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.550% senior notes due 2035 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2055. The debt offering priced on Nov. 4, 2025, and is expected to settle on or about Nov. 6, 2025. BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers.

The tender offer expires on Nov. 10, 2025, and is expected to settle on or about Nov. 12, 2025. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as the dealer managers for the tender offer.
