Our affinity groups are designed to provide opportunities for lawyers across offices and practice areas to build a sense of community, promote cultural awareness, and take action regarding issues important to them. They provide valuable support and resources to our women and diverse lawyers and staff for camaraderie and collaboration. Many of the affinity groups have mentorship programs that provide additional support for our diverse attorneys --this is in addition to mentorship programs facilitated by the Baker Botts professional development team. We regularly evaluate the role of the affinity groups, their missions, and the need to offer new or different group options.
