  • Delek Logistics Partners – Advised on $285 Million acquisition of Gravity Water
  • Private Equity-Backed Seller – Advised on $850 million sale of Midcon upstream oil and gas assets to a private buyer
  • Pembina Pipeline Corporation – Advised on a 12-year LNG liquefaction capacity agreement with Ovintiv Inc. for Pembina's Cedar LNG facility in British Columbia.
  • Pembina Pipeline Corporation – Advised on a 20-year LNG liquefaction capacity agreement with PETRONAS for the Cedar LNG facility in British Columbia.
  • eFuels project developer – development of long-term offtake agreements for proposed green hydrogen-to-efuels projects
  • Sempra Infrastructure – Advised on the development and final investment decision for the US$14 billion Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project in Texas.
  • JERA – Advised on its US$1.5 billion acquisition of U.S. natural gas production assets in the Haynesville Shale from Williams and GEP Haynesville II.
