Blake Haarstad is a senior associate in the Baker Botts corporate group. Mr. Haarstad focuses his practice on the representation of public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and securities law matters. He also represents companies in connection with general corporate and business matters. He has represented clients in various industries in both the U.S., Canada, and cross-border deals, including technology, energy, mining, software, healthcare, and finance.
