DALLAS, October 1, 2025 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, advised BKV Corporation (NYSE: BKV) on its $370 million acquisition of Bedrock Production, LLC from Bedrock Energy Partners. The deal, which closed Sept. 29, cements BKV’s position as the largest natural gas producer in the Barnett Shale.

The acquisition adds approximately 97,000 net acres, 108 million cubic feet equivalent per day of production, and critical midstream infrastructure to BKV’s portfolio. The acquired assets include 1,121 producing locations and approximately 800 billion cubic feet equivalent of proved reserves.
