Deal Description: BKV Corporation (“BKV” or “the Company”) today announced that on August 7, 2025, it and its wholly-owned subsidiary, BKV Upstream Midstream, LLC entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding equity interests of Bedrock Production, LLC, resulting in the acquisition of Bedrock Energy Partners’ Barnett Shale assets in a transaction valued at approximately $370 million, subject to adjustments and customary closing conditions. This acquisition is a strategic fit for BKV as it extends its lead as the largest producer in the Barnett, while also improving and extending its existing inventory of both proved and unproved resources. The acquisition is expected to close late in the third or early in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
