HOUSTON, November 2, 2026 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, represented the Allied Group of Companies in the sale of its Warren Valve business to Platinum Equity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Headquartered in Houston, Warren Valve supplies engineered and distributed valve products across North America’s energy, industrial, technology and infrastructure markets. For more than 30 years, the company has provided valve solutions for applications including natural gas midstream infrastructure, gas utilities, upstream production, refining and petrochemicals. The completed carve-out establishes Warren Valve as a standalone company. 

Allied Group is a global master distributor and manufacturer of pipe, fittings, flanges and related products. It will continue working with Warren Valve as a partner and customer.
