Michael Burger is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice. He focuses his practice on all areas of intellectual property law, including IP litigation, counseling and portfolio management, and patent prosecution for U.S. and foreign patents. Prior to attending law school, Michael worked as a patent agent, where he gained extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for Fortune 500 companies across a variety of different industries.
