Daniel Leventhal represents developers, investors, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States. His practice focuses on real estate development, joint ventures and financings, with substantial experience in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and portfolio transactions.
Daniel advises clients on the structuring and execution of joint ventures for the development of industrial, multifamily, office and mixed-use projects, representing sponsors, institutional investors and co-development partners. He regularly represents borrowers, and has significant experience representing lenders, in connection with predevelopment, construction and permanent financings, including securitized loan transactions.
His experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and land development. Daniel has significant experience advising on real estate aspects of energy transactions, particularly including power projects and data center developments. In addition to his core real estate practice, Daniel advises clients on the real estate components of corporate transactions, often coordinating diligence and asset-level structuring across large portfolios.
