DALLAS, April 9, 2026 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, represented Precision Aerospace Holdings, LLC (PAH), a portfolio company of CIC Partners and Juniper Capital Management, in its sale to Precinmac LP, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners.

The transaction brings PAH, a Dallas-based manufacturer of precision-machined components for aerospace, defense, and space applications, into Precinmac’s platform of high-complexity manufacturing businesses. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Since its formation in 2022, PAH has acquired five established machining companies with core capabilities in electronic discharge machining and close-tolerance precision machining. The business supports long-running, mission-critical programs and operates in proximity to major aerospace and defense customers.

Precinmac is a manufacturer of high-complexity precision components and assemblies serving customers across the aerospace, defense, space, semiconductor, power generation, and energy sectors, with manufacturing operations in the United States and Canada.

CIC Partners is a middle-market private equity firm that invests in growth-oriented, owner-operator-led companies across sectors, with a particular focus on the food, consumer, and industrial industries.
