Brian Lee is a Partner in the firm's Corporate practice and the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's California offices.
Brian advises venture capital, growth capital and private equity firms, early and growth-stage companies and investment banks, across a broad range of industries, domestically and internationally. His practice centers on emerging companies / venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general company representation.
Before rejoining the firm in 2025, Brian served as a managing director at BRV Capital.
