  • Multinational energy technology operator – received judgement of non-infringement on 8 patents asserted by a competitor and conducted a two-week jury trial addressing only our client’s counterclaims of infringement against the aggressor competitor, resulting in settlement during jury deliberations
  • Multinational telecommunications equipment provider – received grant of new trial on all issues and a new claim construction after customer of client received adverse verdict, leading to case settling after one trial day
  • Multinational telecommunications equipment provider – received jury verdict of infringement by competitor with respect to seven patents directed to network transformation technology
  • Multinational telecommunications equipment and National telecommunications service providers – defense of patent infringement claim in EDTX involving LTE wireless network and equipment, a summary judgment of noninfringement was granted
