Summary

In January 2016, Baker Botts opened an office in San Francisco, California, in the heart of the city’s Financial District. Traditionally viewed as the Region's financial and cultural center, as well as a gateway to Asia, San Francisco has become a destination for both established and start-up technology companies.

Baker Botts' San Francisco office draws upon the firm's deep knowledge base in the technology sector and our experience in areas such as corporate, intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution real estate, life sciences and corporate investigations.

This is the second California office for Baker Botts. The Palo Alto office, which the firm opened in 2008, and the San Francisco office are highly integrated and our lawyers in these offices often collaborate on cases.

Baker Botts has a well-earned reputation for outstanding client service across the globe and our expanding footprint in California continues to demonstrate Baker Botts' commitment to building a world-class technology law firm.
