Dubai has served as a focal point for energy interests in the Middle East for decades. Since opening its doors in 2005, the firm’s Dubai office has provided extensive legal counsel to clients with business interests in the area, building on the strength of an existing and on-going relationship with the law office of Mohanned bin Saud Al-Rasheed in Riyadh.

We have recently doubled the size of our team and added significant strength and depth to our established Dubai office. The additions to our team significantly enhance our ongoing efforts to build a broad portfolio of capabilities in the Middle East in order to help clients address the growing demand for sophisticated legal services on a wide of array of complex issues. The group collectively brings multiple decades of experience serving international and locally-based clients throughout the region. They are well-versed in local law and business custom and have developed long-term relationships with Middle East-based businesses and government entities. Of note are the significant additions to our International Disputes Team. The additional talent continues our expansion around the world and strengthens our ability to assist clients with quality and experience.

Firm lawyers in Dubai provide support for clients in infrastructure projects, complex real estate and real estate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, privatization, dispute resolution, and in the intellectual property area.
