Lamkin, known for her aggressive stance against patent assertions, has represented clients in over 125 patent cases across the country. Lamkin is known for her innovative strategies to shift the asymmetries in NPE litigation, including employing the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act to secure attorneys’ fees awards and voluntary injunctions as part of the settlement process. Lamkin joined Baker Botts in 2023.
