Overview

David Wilson is a Special Counsel in our Corporate practice based in Houston. His practice focuses on fund formation and investment management matters, including the representation of private fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, and operation of private funds across a wide variety of strategies. David has significant experience advising private fund sponsors on a variety of matters such as secondary transactions, structuring considerations, internal sponsor operations and fund-related aspects of M&A transactions, including co-investment arrangements. He also represents limited partners in private equity investments.
