Overview

Delaram Peimani advises publicly and privately held corporate borrowers and issuers, private equity funds, investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital credit facilities, bridge loans, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured term lending and syndicated loans.

Prior to joining Baker Botts, Delaram was an associate in the finance group of two other major law firms, representing financial institutions, alternative credit providers and companies in a wide range of financing transactions. She also served as in-house counsel to a major technology company, supporting its cloud infrastructure team.
