Overview

Jennifer O'Donoghue advises clients on international finance and projects transactions, with a particular focus in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Jen has worked on a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral lending, acquisition finance, reserve-based lending and project finance.

Jen also has experience advising on the negotiation and operation of project development and construction contracts in both the conventional and renewable energy sectors.

Before joining Baker Botts in 2022, Jen worked in-house for a leading global developer, financier and operator of utility-scale solar projects and spent time on secondment at another international law firm in London.
