Jonice Cline has spent nearly 20 years in the energy industry, primarily as a lead corporate counsel for a large publicly traded energy company. Jonice provides strategic legal guidance to executive management and boards largely focused on midstream, downstream, upstream gas matters, LNG gas supply and offtake arrangements, joint ventures, and acquisition and divestiture activities. After spending a significant amount of time leading transactional and litigation legal teams for both upstream/operational and midstream/marketing affiliate companies, Jonice is positioned to provide a broad range of experience across the entire energy value chain.
As a member of the firm's Global Projects department, Jonice counsels public and private energy clients on long-term complex transactions with particular experience in energy project development and infrastructure, liquified natural gas projects, crude oil and water gathering, gas gathering and processing, downstream transportation and gas marketing, commodity sales, asset management, and various other energy-related matters. Jonice has also led multiple project level equity participation arrangements as well as her practice encompasses various corporate matters, commercial litigation and due diligence counseling.
