Silversmith Capital Partners led the investment, with participation from Arthur Ventures. The investment will support the development of AI-powered capabilities across Perry Weather’s product suite and the company’s continued growth. Perry Weather also plans to add more than 50 roles through 2027 across software and hardware engineering, product, support and services at its Dallas headquarters.

Perry Weather provides a weather safety and operations platform for organizations that work, practice and play outdoors. Its on-site weather stations and cloud-connected software provide hyperlocal monitoring, automated alerts and siren activation for hazardous conditions, including lightning, heat, wind and poor air quality. The company serves organizations across athletics, education, construction, manufacturing, local government and golf.
