July 22, 2026 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology and life sciences law firm, has selected Entegrata’s data lakehouse platform as the foundation of the Firm’s enterprise data strategy. The platform will bring together information held across separate Firm systems, making it easier to use consistent data for reporting, integrations, analytics and artificial intelligence.

The selection followed a Firmwide assessment of Baker Botts’ existing data environment and an evaluation of whether to develop a custom platform internally or work with a solution designed specifically for law firms. The Firm determined that Entegrata’s Azure-based platform offered the most efficient and sustainable path to meet its near-term and long-term objectives.

Baker Botts stores information across many separate systems, including finance, human resources, marketing and others; each developed to support a specific business need rather than operate as part of a unified data ecosystem. That makes it harder for analytics and AI tools, which work best when they can draw on the full picture at once.
