Deal description: On August 29, 2025, lithium producer Sayona Mining Limited (NASDAQ:ELVR; ASX:SYA) and Piedmont Lithium Inc. (NASDAQ:PLL; ASX:PLL), completed their previously announced merger combining the two companies, resulting in Sayona being the ultimate parent entity. As a result of the transaction, Sayona’s American Depositary Shares became listed on Nasdaq, in addition to Sayona’s existing primary listing of ordinary shares on ASX.
