HOUSTON, Texas - September 29, 2025 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, advised Sempra Infrastructure Partners, a subsidiary of Sempra (NYSE: SRE), on several 20-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project with JERA Co., Inc., ConocoPhillips, EQT Corporation, and Sempra Infrastructure Partners. The agreements are related to the Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project, which is under construction and achieved a positive final investment decision.

The SPAs include:

• A 20-year agreement with JERA Co., Inc. for the supply of 1.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of LNG

Each of these transactions marked a significant step in advancing the development of the Port Arthur LNG Phase 2 project and reflects continued momentum in long-term U.S. LNG export agreements.
