Baker Botts Represents Sunnova Energy International Inc. in Securitization of Residential Solar and Battery Loan Agreements
Deal Description: Sunnova Energy International Inc. (“Sunnova”) (NYSE: NOVA), a leading U.S. residential solar and energy storage service provider, announced the closing of its fourteenth solar loan securitization and its twentieth residential solar securitization.
The securitization includes $151.9 million in AA-sf rated 6.15% notes, $54.4 million in A-sf rated 7.00% notes, and $24.6 million in BBBsf rated 8.00% notes with an Anticipated Repayment Date of June 20, 2034, and a final maturity of May 22, 2051.
The notes are backed by a diverse portfolio of 5,704 solar rooftop systems distributed across more than 20 states and territories.
