Deal Description: QVC, Inc. (“QVC”) announced today that it has commenced a cash tender offer to purchase any and all of the $750 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 4.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 (the “2023 Notes”) using cash on hand and, to the extent necessary, borrowings under QVC’s senior secured credit facility.
