Charlie Gili focuses his practice on corporate transactions and has represented public and private companies across a range of general corporate and complex transactional matters including cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Charlie also advises web3 companies regarding corporate governance DAO formation. Charlie has experience in advisory roles for special committees and in advising significant shareholders on contested engagements.
Charlie's recent digital infrastructure experience includes advising on the Manta transaction for Liberty Networks, supporting in particular on negotiations and drafting of the Joint Build and Sales Agreement.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Charlie worked as a Principal Field Supervisor with the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation.
