As an IP litigator, Mr. Speegle works to protect the ideas and businesses of his clients. In this capacity, Mr. Speegle has worked both to help clients assert intellectual property rights infringed by competitors, and to defend clients against accusations of infringement. Mr. Speegle has experience with all phases of intellectual property litigation, from pre-suit investigation and initial discovery, through trial and appeal. Mr. Speegle has also worked with clients to build an IP strategy and portfolio, with the goal of protecting against future risks.
