Erin Schnappauf is an Associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. Antitrust and Competition Law practice.
Her practice focuses on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust disputes, including class actions, multidistrict litigation, merger challenges, and private party actions.
She also advises clients on mergers and other strategic transactions, as well as government investigations and regulatory matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, state attorneys general, and international competition authorities.
Erin is a Junior Board Member of Volunteer Legal Advocates, where she represents clients in protective order and child custody matters. During law school, Erin was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and the Mock Trial Board. Additionally, she served as a student attorney for the Family Justice Litigation Clinic.
Prior to law school, Erin served as a paralegal at a criminal and civil trial boutique in New York.
