Overview

Christen Richardson advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, strategic investments and tax credit transactions. Her practice also includes advising emerging companies and investors in connection with venture capital transactions, as well as counseling clients on general corporate, securities and corporate governance matters.

Prior to practicing law, Christen worked for a Big Four accounting firm, providing audit and tax services to public and private companies and gaining experience with financial reporting, financial statement analysis and complex tax matters.
