John Lawrence is Co-Chair of the firmwide Securities & Shareholder Litigation practice group at Baker Botts. He has extensive experience trying a wide range of high-stakes commercial cases in state and federal courts across the county, including securities and shareholder actions, M&A challenges, contract claims, fraud claims, trade secret claims, and other complex business disputes. He also assists clients with internal and government investigations, and is a trusted advisor to clients on board governance and fiduciary duty matters and related corporate strategy.
