Frank has experience working on matters involving financial fraud, asset tracing, cross-border disputes, and litigation involving sensitive national security issues.
Frank represents public and private companies, financial institutions, investment funds, government contractors, developers, and executives across a broad range of industries, including technology, energy, infrastructure, financial services, and construction.
Before entering private practice, Frank worked on criminal investigations at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Secret Service involving sensitive and classified national security information. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing non-citizens in immigration matters.
