Iris Gao is an Associate in the Corporate practice at Baker Botts' Singapore office, where she focuses on technology and digital infrastructure matters. She also advises clients on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, company formations, and commercial contracts across various sectors.

A native Mandarin speaker with roots in Mainland China, Iris brings a cross-border perspective to her practice. Prior to joining Baker Botts, she studied law in the United Kingdom and trained at an international law firm in both its Singapore and London offices, equipping her to advise on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions for clients throughout Asia and beyond.
