(NYSE: CNP), in its public offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.40% General Mortgage Bonds, Series AS, due 2031. The offering priced on Sept. 21, 2026 and closed on Sept. 24, 2026.

CEHE intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general limited liability company purposes, including capital expenditures and working capital purposes.

CEHE provides electric transmission service in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas region and distribution service to retail electric providers serving approximately 2.9 million metered customers in the Texas Gulf Coast area that includes the city of Houston.
