Sonic is a provider of proprietary electric feed through technologies, production equipment, drilling wellheads, and related aftermarket services. Founded in 2017, Sonic has built a strong position in the Permian Basin through its technology portfolio, direct-to-operator business model and record of delivering reliable products.

Superior plans to incorporate Sonic into its Wellsite Solutions segment. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
