HOUSTON, May 18, 2026 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, represented Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PARR) (“Par Pacific”) and certain of its subsidiaries in the closing of its amended and restated asset-based revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, as agent, and a syndicate of lenders in an initial aggregate principal amount of $1.8 billion (the “ABL Facility”). Proceeds from the ABL Facility will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The obligations under the ABL Facility are guaranteed by Par Pacific and certain subsidiaries of Par Petroleum and are secured by substantially all assets of Par Petroleum and the guarantors (other than Par Pacific).

Baker Botts represented Par Pacific in all the transactions.
