HOUSTON, November 12, 2025 – Baker Botts L.L.P., a leading international energy, technology, and life sciences law firm, has added veteran energy partner Anna Irion to its Global Projects Department in Houston. Irion brings deep midstream experience guiding clients through complex midstream oil and gas transactions, including advising data centers on natural gas supply and power generation.

Irion joins from Jackson Walker, where she spent more than a decade representing a variety of clients in the midstream space as well as technology industry leaders entering the energy sector. She adds to the Firm’s world-leading Energy Practice, providing new depth in the highly active midstream sector. She advises clients on all stages of the acquisition, development, and operation of pipeline and processing facilities, as well as carbon capture sequestration projects. Irion recently guided a hyperscale data center through construction, transportation and supply contracts for onsite power generation, an area rapidly expanding as AI and cloud computing grow.
