HOUSTON, September 29, 2025 – For the second year in a row, Texas Lawyer named Baker Botts L.L.P., as the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Year.

This is the first time that the honor, part of ALM’s prestigious Texas Legal Awards, has gone to the same law firm in back-to-back years. The award recognizes Baker Botts’ track record of client successes, including an $847 million reversal for telecommunications giant Ericsson and an appellate win for Samsung that wiped out a $303 million verdict.
