Deal Description: On November 27, 2024, Cleco Corporate Holdings LLC (“Cleco”) completed the early settlement of its offer to purchase for cash (the “Tender Offer”) up to $175,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.743% Senior Notes due 2026 (the “Notes”). Cleco accepted a total of $175,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Notes tendered for purchase.
