Latinvex Recognizes Carlos Solé and Dino Barajas Among Top 100 Latin American Lawyers 2022
HOUSTON, June 3, 2022 – Latin America-focused legal publication Latinvex featured partners Carlos Solé and Dino Barajas in its ‘Top 100 Latin American Lawyers 2022.’ They were both recognized for their expertise and market recognition in the areas of energy and project finance.
Solé serves as Deputy Department Chair, Global Projects Department and Chair of Baker Botts’ Latin America Practice. His practice is focused on domestic and international corporate and finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on the energy industry.
Barajas, meanwhile, serves as Firmwide Practice Group Chair, Project Finance. He focuses his practice on domestic and international project development and finance, with particular emphasis on Latin American infrastructure projects, debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.
The criteria used to select the lawyers that made the list included their recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of the law firms in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers, Legal 500 and Refinitiv.
