Working alongside fellow Co-Chair Catriona Hatton, Paul and Catriona will lead the firm’s globally recognized Antitrust and Competition Practice, advising clients on a wide array of complex antitrust matters, including multi-jurisdictional merger reviews, antitrust investigations and litigation, and compliance.

Throughout his distinguished career, Paul has represented clients in numerous high-profile U.S. and international antitrust matters, including investigations before the U.S. antitrust authorities, the European Commission, the Canadian Competition Bureau, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), and other leading global regulatory bodies. His impressive track record of defending antitrust suits and securing antitrust clearances spans a variety of industries, from media and e-commerce to energy, chemicals, retail goods and manufacturing.
