A Summer Program Designed for Learning and Connection
Our summer associate program provides students with the opportunity to experience the practice of law at Baker Botts while learning about the firm’s culture and history. Summer associates work on meaningful assignments, participate in training tailored to their level of experience, and engage with lawyers across the firm through professional and social events.
Many of our summer associates return to the firm as junior associates, where they continue developing their skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.
