Michael (Dongfang) Yan is an Associate in the Energy Projects and Transactions section of the firm's Global Projects department. Michael counsels public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and a broad range of energy-related transactions and projects in both domestic and international settings.
