Eric Wieder is an eDiscovery Counsel in Baker Botts' Antitrust and Competition practice. Eric has represented companies in a wide range of industries in regulatory investigation before the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, European Commission, and the Competition and Markets Authority. Additionally, Eric has experience representing clients in large-scale multi-district litigation and class actions.

Eric also focuses on electronic discovery issues including electronic review and production, eDiscovery budgeting, document collection, and vendor selection.
