Overview

Gerald Van Dorn is an eDiscovery Project Counsel in Baker Botts' Antitrust and Competition Practice. Mr. Van Dorn has represented companies in a wide range of industries in mergers before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice and has experience representing clients in intellectual property and securities litigations.

Mr. Van Dorn also focuses on electronic discovery issues including electronic review and production, document collection, vendor selection and document processing.

In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Van Dorn is also a certified computer programmer, possessing ten years of computer programming experience. Mr. Van Dorn has developed a wide range of mission critical and enterprise level computer applications for a variety of industries.
