Overview

Megan Tankel is an Antitrust and Competition Law Associate in the firm's New York office.

Megan has a broad antitrust litigation practice. She has represented clients across industries including healthcare, technology, and oil and gas in both state and federal court, defending against claims of monopolization, price fixing, and market allocation. She also counsels clients on antitrust matters, including public policy issues and the merger review process.

Megan clerked for Judge Don R. Willett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She attended Georgetown University Law Center's evening program, working full-time during the day at an economic policy think tank.
