Overview

Jaemin Sung is in the Intellectual Property practice group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

During law school, Jaemin served as Articles Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal and as Writing Fellow at the GW Law Writing Center. Jaemin also externed for the Honorable Evan J. Wallach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. In his 3L year, Jaemin participated in the Rothwell Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition and published a Note titled "Rethinking the Obviousness Inquiry in the Age of Generative AI" in the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal.

Prior to law school, Jaemin worked as a software engineer developing web applications, primarily in the financial industry.
